Alila Mayakoba, El Marlyn Azul

While the hotel offers spacious and nicely designed rooms, my experience was marred by service issues and disappointing dining options. The pool area was enjoyable, but the beach was less than ideal with seaweed. Overall, I found the stay not to meet the expectations for the price paid, citing inconsistencies in service and food quality as major downsides.

I had an incredible stay at this resort! The ambiance felt like a piece of paradise with lush greenery right by the beach. The service was attentive and delightful, especially from my server at the pool who made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was the highlight where everything tasted fresh and homemade! However, the beach was dealing with some seaweed issues which was a bit of a letdown.
